BIMWorkplace

At BIMWorkplace, we believe that BIM has the power to transform how construction professionals manage and interact with their projects. But we also know that no technology evolves on its own — it grows with the people who use it every day.

That’s why we’ve created a dedicated user feedback platform, where anyone can share ideas, suggest improvements, and report bugs. More than just listening, our goal is to take action based on community input, prioritizing what truly makes a difference in daily workflows.

How does the BIMWorkplace feedback platform work?

Our suggestion area is designed to be simple, accessible, and efficient. It’s divided into four main categories:

  • New Features
  • User Interface (UI)
  • Integrations with Other Platforms
  • Bug Reports

Each user can submit a post with:

  • A clear title
  • The corresponding category
  • A detailed description
  • And, if needed, images to better illustrate the request or issue.

There’s also a section for general feedback about the platform experience or future suggestions that don’t yet fit into any of the categories.

🔍 Transparency, Voting, and Collaboration

After a brief review, all approved posts become visible to the entire BIMWorkplace community. And that’s where the magic begins: users can vote on the most relevant ideas. Each vote helps us understand what really matters to those on the frontlines of BIM projects.

The most voted suggestions are reviewed by our team, and those with the greatest impact and feasibility are prioritized in our development roadmap.

🌱 A platform that grows with you

The result is a continuous cycle of improvement: BIMWorkplace evolves based on user ideas. And of course, our support team is always available to answer questions, resolve technical issues, and closely follow every step.
