In the Explorer module, you can organize the data grid according to your wokrflow and quickly generate reports based on that structure.
To export a report:
- Organize the Explorer grid using grouping, filters, and selected columns.
- Open the Quick Reports
- Click Export Excel.
The Excel file will be generated automatically and downloaded to your computer.
Important
The exported report reflects exactly what is displayed in the Explorer grid at the time of export:
- Active grouping structure
- Visible columns
- Applied filters
- Calculated values (sum, count, average, etc.)
This ensures full consistency between on-screen analysis and exported data, making Quick Reports ideal for quantity checks, data reviews, and sharing structured information with other teams.
