When you register on BIMWorkplace, you gain access to your personal area located under “User Settings.” This area is private and can only be managed by you.
1 – Personal Information
In My Settings, you can:
- Update your personal details
- Include your photo
- Select your preferred language (Portuguese, English, Spanish, or French)
- Choose between dark or light mode
Note: The selected language will be applied throughout the entire platform – including the BIMWorkplace plugins for Revit and Navisworks.
2 – License Management
In Licenses relations, you can:
- View all the licenses associated with your account
- Delete licenses linked to workplaces you no longer use
3 – How Licenses Work
BIMWorkplace uses a shared license system:
- Every user must have at least one active Workplace license
- Every user must have at least one active license per module they intend to use
One license is enough for you to access any number of projects and workplaces.
What does this mean?
If you are already part of a Workplace and are invited to join another, the second Workplace does not need to allocate one of their licenses to you.
