Follow these simple steps to get started:
1 – Visit the Platform
Go to https://app.bimworkplace.com and click “Sign up now and create your workplace”.
2 – Fill in your information
Enter your e-mail and choose a secure password.
🔐 Password requirements: at least 10 characters including 1 number, 1 upper case letter and 1 special character.
3 – Confirm your e-mail
After filling in the required information, an e-mail will be sent to you.
Check your inbox and use the confirmation code received to validate your new account. Click Next to continue.
4 – Choose your path: New purchase or Invitation
If you have received an invitation by e-mail to join an existing Workplace, select “Just log in” to join directly.
Otherwise, select “Let’s move forward” to continue with the setup.
5 – Workplace details
Fill in the required information about your Workplace (you can update this information later, if needed).
6 – Free trial or Direct purchase?
Chose the option that suits you best:
- “Move forward with the purchase” and continue to the next step, or
- “Try it out” for a 14-day free trial (skip ahead to Step 8 – Name your Workplace).
7 – Fill in Payment Information
Select your store (International or Brazil), then choose your plan and additional modules that best suit your needs.

Each Workplace must include a basic Workplace plan, so add that first to your cart. Then go ahead and choose which other Modules you would like to purchase and add those to the cart as well.
Apply a Promotion Code, if you have one, and click Next to proceed with payment.
8 – Name your Workplace
Give your new Workplace a name, click Next to finalize and you’re all set!
