- Per User: Subscribe for a minimum of 10 users and enjoy unlimited projects.
- Per Project: Subscribe for a minimum of 1 project and have unlimited users working on it. This allows you to choose the best option based on your team size or project scope.
Yes! Clients can purchase only the specific BIMWorkplace modules they need. However, it is mandatory to always include the Workplace module as part of your subscription. This ensures a solid foundation for project and team management.
Only active users and active projects count toward the number of licenses you purchase. This means you’re only paying for what you're actively using, ensuring flexibility and cost-efficiency.have unlimited projects, if you choose a per-project plan, you will only be able to create the amount purchased, with unlimited users.

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of BIMWorkplace with access to all features. This allows you to explore the full platform before committing to a subscription. Note that paid clients cannot downgrade to a trial version, and each client is limited to one trial.
You can purchase your subscription directly on the BIMWorkplace platform. To do so, simply sign up and start your purchase.
BIMWorkplace licenses can be purchased through our two dedicated stores:
- International Store: Available for global customers, where payments are made in euros using a credit card.
- Brazilian Store: Available for Brazilian customers, offering payment in BRL (Brazilian real) through credit card or boleto.
To buy from the Brazilian Store, you must have a valid CNPJ (company registration) or CPF (individual taxpayer registration). These are required for processing payments in Brazil.
No, the features and license options offered in both the International and Brazilian stores are the same. The only differences are the accepted payment methods and the required registration for Brazilian customers.
No, you can only have an active subscription in one store at a time. If you purchase a subscription in one store, it will automatically cancel any active subscription you have in the other store.
Yes, you can switch between the stores, but keep in mind that purchasing a subscription in one store will automatically cancel any active subscription in the other store.
It depends on your subscription type:
Per User Subscription: If your account is on a per user subscription, your license can be used across multiple workplaces. This means you can be part of different projects and workplaces using the same user license.
Per Project Subscription: If you are part of a workplace with a per project subscription, the license assigned to you can only be used within that specific workplace. You will not be able to use this license in any other workplace outside of the one associated with that project.
If you’re working in multiple workplaces with a per project subscription, you will need to have separate licenses for each workplace. Licenses provided under the “per project” model are workplace-specific and cannot be shared or transferred between different workplaces.
