Preparing Autodesk Forma for the BIMWorkplace Integration

Before connecting Autodesk Forma to BIMWorkplace, the BIMWorkplace integration must be added to the Autodesk hub that contains the projects you want to use.

This configuration is performed in Autodesk Forma and only needs to be completed for the relevant Autodesk hub.

Before you start

Make sure that you have access to the administration settings for the Autodesk hub you want to connect.

You will also need the Autodesk Platform Services Client ID for the BIMWorkplace integration. To obtain the Client ID, contact info@bimworkplace.com.

Adding BIMWorkplace as a custom integration

  1. Sign in to Autodesk Forma.

  2. Open Hub Admin. <img width="885" height="450" alt="image" src="https://svwpkiotdzcxsmuprvyf.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/localized-images/help-docs/ua-499ab12794b6424c961d9eb1d0bb5fc826efe3d2.png" />
