Comments

The Comments feature in the CDE allows contextual communication directly within each file.

It ensures that discussions related to documents remain centralized, accessible, and linked to the relevant content.

File Comments

Every file includes a Comments section for communication and coordination.

Comments can be used to:

·       Explain file uploads or updates

·       Request changes or clarifications

·       Confirm reviews or approvals

·       Document decisions

All comments remain attached to the file, creating a clear and organized communication history that supports collaboration and decision-making.
