Applying Filters to Topics
The Filters tab in the Design module helps you narrow down your project topics, making it easier to find and manage the information you need.
To access filters, click on the Filters icon in the right-hand side panel.
1. Available Filter Conditions
Filters use the same fields available when creating topics, such as:
· Milestones
· Area
· Labels
· Priorities
· Types
· Statuses
· Created by
· Assigned to
· Relevant dates
· Custom attributes (defined in Project Settings)
· Clash data (clashed assigned to and clash status)
2. Combining Multiple Filters
The filter tool is highly flexible:
· You can apply multiple conditions at the same time
· For example: show only Structural topics, with Critical priority, created in the last 7 days and still Active.
· This allows for refined searches tailored to your workflow.
· Another example: Show only topics that have Active clashes, assigned to Maria Luísa:
Save important filter selections in the Topic Saved Filters tab to easily refine searches as needed.
With filters, you can instantly focus on the most relevant information, streamline project reviews, and ensure nothing gets overlooked.
Design Filters
In the Design module's filter options, there are all the existing data fields when creating a topic (area, discipline, phase, type, priority, status andassigned The). In addition to these fields, the user can also search for topics created by a particular team member, and apply filters by date of creation, due date, date oflast change and closing date.
