Comments on topics

The Comments section enables structured communication within each topic, supporting collaborative workflows and decision tracking.

Users can post comments to create a clear and traceable discussion around each issue.

1.     Collaborative Dialogue

·        All comments are recorded, preserving the full discussion history

·        Filters can be applied to refine and locate specific information

·        Reduces the need for external communication channels

2.     Viewpoints and “Go to Model”

Each comment can include an image, which may be:

·        A viewpoint

·        An uploaded image

·        A screenshot

When a viewpoint is used, the Go to Model option becomes available:

·        It redirects the user to the exact location in the model

·        Ensures comments are understood within the correct spatial context

3.     Marking Comments as Solutions

Comments can be marked as solutions to highlight key outcomes:

·        Users with Edit permissions or higher can mark comments as solutions

·        Marked comments are highlighted and remain easily identifiable in the discussion

This allows the team to:
