Edit in batch

Let's think about productivity and efficiency! If you have several topics associated with similar subjects, or the same problem, you can edit them in bulk, in order to reduce the time and labor to update them one by one.

To do so, just select the desired topics and click on the button Edit in Batch in the menu, which will open the panel for editing the fields simultaneously in all selected topics. To perform this action, you will need to have full permission on all selected topics, otherwise the “Edit in batch'” action will be blocked.

In this panel, you can edit all the data fields, as well as the permissions assigned to these topics, and to finish mass editing confirm the action in Apply.

After performing the bulk edit, this action cannot be reversed.
