Open topic

The Open button allows users to access a topic to view its information and make edits.

When a topic is opened, any changes are saved automatically. Only users with editing permissions can save changes to the topic.

Clash List

For topics created from Navisworks and containing imported clashes, an additional section is available within the topic.

In this section, users can:

·        View the list of associated clashes

·        Navigate to each clash in the model

·        Update clash status

·        Assign responsibility

·        Add comments to individual clashes

Each clash is managed individually while remaining linked to the main topic.
