What it's for
Project meetings hub: list/calendar, detail, transcripts, minutes, action items, Recall bots according to policy.
Relevance
Official channel for meeting intelligence. Without policy + calendar integrations, bots/transcripts will not run.
Usage example
The PM opens Meetings, selects the weekly, reviews the transcript, applies action items for Management tasks, and exports minutes — with Auto-apply off in the policy.
Who can use it
Users Management / Meetings with permission; capture depends on Integrations and policy.

- Meetings Ribbon (list/detail actions).
- Meetings list / hub.
- Detail: tabs (general, transcript, minutes, actions, participants… according to UI).
- Links to policy and capture email.

How to use
- Configure Meetings Policy and calendar in Integrations.
- Management → Meetings.
- Open the meeting → review transcript/minutes → apply action items with human review if Auto-apply off.
Links
Tips / common errors
- Without capture email / Graph → meetings will not appear in Capture email mode.
- Auto-apply off is the safe path.
