Save views

Saved views allows users to store specific data configurations, including information groups and filters, for quick access and reuse.

 

Predefined Views Page

The Saved Views page includes:

·        A default folder for organizing views

·        A default view

From this page, you can:

·        Edit the default view

·        Create new views by clicking View

·        Create folders

·        Duplicate views

·        Move views between folders

·        Edit views

 

When editing a view, you can modify:

·        Name

·        Image

·        Description

·        Folder

·        Owner

·        Permissions

 

Creating a View

After configuring information groups and filters:

1.     Click Save As

2.     Define:

·        Name

·        Image (viewpoint or uploaded image)

·        Description

·        Folder

·        Owner

3.     Click Apply

View Permissions

After creation, permissions can be defined:

·        None – no access

·        Read – view only

·        Total – full control

Users with permission can access the view in the Saved Views page.

Updating an Existing View

Save View

When editing an existing view and clicking Save:

·        The current view is updated

·        Only groups and filters are updated

·        Name, description, folder, owner, and permissions remain unchanged

Note:

Saved views store only groups and filters.

Model visibility states (hidden or isolated elements) are not saved.

Save As

·        Opens a panel to define a new view

·        Allows editing of name, image, description, folder, and owner

·        Creates a new view

·        Permissions can be configured after creation

 

Edit View

·        Opens the side panel with editable fields

·        Permissions can be configured as needed
