Purpose
Management of Service Requests in the Operation module.
Relevance
Area of the Operation module. The controls below are the EN labels found in the locales/pages.
Example of use
Open Service Requests, use search/filters and listed actions, open the detail sheet, and save/export as per the task.
Who can use it
Members with an Operation license/permission.
Screen anatomy
Ribbon/toolbar (if present), list/grid, filters, detail sheet, and create/edit actions.
