Audience: Project Admins

Purpose

Create and manage project teams (name, image, active) used in Project Users, document status amplitude, and filters.

Relevance

Organizes people by discipline/company within the project. "Company & team documents" amplitude and assignees depend on this.

Usage example

1. The PM creates the MEP team using New.
2. Uploads an image.
3. Marks it Active.
4. Associates users in Project Users.

Who can use it

Project Settings teams.

Screen Anatomy

• Title Teams + Manage project teams.
• Table: Image · Name · Active · Actions.
• New / Edit / Delete.

How to use

1. Project Settings → Teams.
2. New → name/image → save.
3. Associate in Project Users.
