UI: Layout presets / Presets

Purpose

Save and apply panel layouts (not to be confused with 3D camera Saved Views).

Relevance

Return to the same TreeGrid+3D+Properties arrangement without rearranging splitters.

Use Case Example

The coordinator saves the “Coordination 2-col” preset, and applies it in the Explorer during the weekly meeting.

Who can use it

Project or module users with my/public presets according to the UI.

Screen Anatomy

List of presets; save/apply/delete actions; distinction between My vs Public (where applicable).

It is not Saved Views (camera/viewpoint).

How to use

1. Arrange panels/layout.
2. Save preset with a name.
3. Apply later.

Tips / Common Errors

• Layout preset ≠ saved 3D view.
