Module: Design → Coordination
Purpose
Coordination Issues (BCF-style): create, assign, comment, add viewpoints, and track statuses linked to the model/documentation.
Relevance
Official channel for design issues — replaces "clash WhatsApp." Connects viewer, responsible parties, and history.
Usage Example
After an MEP×Structure clash, Ana creates a New Topic, Status=Open, Priority=High, Assigned to structural, pastes a viewpoint, describes the conflict (or Generate with AI), and the team comments until a Solution is marked.
Who Can Use It
Design members with Topics permission.
Screen Anatomy
- List of topics (cards/table) + search + pagination.
- Detail panels / filters / sheet.
- New Topic form.
- Comments and viewpoints; batch edit when available.
- Teams share (if integration is active).

Comments / AI description
Write comment; Edit/Delete comment; Generate with AI / Improve with AI (Approve & insert); context for selected images, attributes, and elements.
Viewpoints
Restore viewpoint; warnings if model inactive or remap needed → Model ID remaps.
How to Use
Open
- Design → Coordination → Topics.
Create
- New Topic.
- Fill in title, attributes, assignees, due date.
- Open viewer, select elements, add viewpoint.
- Save; comment in detail.
Manage
- Filter/search; open detail.
- Update Status; mark solution in comments.
- Optional: Teams share if Integrations is active.

Tips / Common Errors
- “Save the topic first to add comments.”
- “Open viewer first” / viewpoint failed → active models.
- Do not confuse with Build → Topics.
