Audience: Project admins

Purpose

Manage project users: add, edit role/team/company, activate/deactivate, remove, assign batch.

Relevance

Defines who accesses the project and with which Project role / Teams. Without correct users, permissions and assignees fail.

Example of use

The admin New, invites via email, chooses Project role and Teams, then Assign Batch for several users with the same role.

Who can use it

Project Settings users.

Screen Anatomy

• Title Project Users + description.
• Toolbar New / Delete / Assign Batch / Actions.
• Users table (name, email, company, role, teams, active).

How to Use

1. Project Settings → Project Users.
2. New → fill in → save.
3. Edit role/teams; use Assign Batch for batches.
