Integrations
The Integrations page allows you to connect external services to your BIMWorkplace account.
These integrations extend the platform by enabling communication with third-party services, improving collaboration and supporting additional workflows across BIMWorkplace.
As new integrations become available, they will be managed from this page.

Available integrations
Depending on your subscription and the features enabled for your organization, you may have access to integrations such as:
Common Data Environment (CDE) services
AI API providers
Map Services
Meetings & Teams configurations
Additional integrations may be added in future releases.
Microsoft 365
The Microsoft Teams integration allows you to share BIMWorkplace topics directly with Teams conversations or channels.
Once connected, you can use the Share to Teams button available inside a topic in the Design module.
This integration helps teams discuss issues within Microsoft Teams while keeping the official project information stored and managed in BIMWorkplace.
Connect your Microsoft Teams account
To connect Microsoft Teams:
Open User Settings.
Select Integrations.
Locate the Microsoft 365 integration.
Click Connect.
Sign in with your Microsoft account.
Review the requested permissions.
Approve the connection.
After authorization, your account will be linked and ready to use with BIMWorkplace.
The connection only needs to be completed once unless it is manually removed or expires.

Disconnect Microsoft Teams
You can disconnect your Microsoft Teams account at any time by clicking Disconnect.
Using the integration
Connecting Microsoft Teams does not automatically share information between the two platforms.
Instead, it enables supported BIMWorkplace features that use Microsoft Teams, such as sharing topics from the Design module.
To learn how to share a topic, see Share Topics to Microsoft Teams.
