What is it for
Manage your personal account: profile, photo, language, theme, password, and License relations within workplaces.
Relevance
This is where you define the UI language, visual appearance, and see which modules/workplaces you have licenses for — essential for “I can’t see Design.”
Example of use
Marta changes Language to Portuguese (PT), saves, and the interface switches to PT. Then she expands License relations and confirms she has CDE + Design in the Hospital workplace.
Who can use it
Your account. Offline (desktop) might be read-only.

Full-screen User Settings modal: sidebar (My User, Integrations, …) + cards in the main area:

How to use it
Open
- Avatar → User Settings → My User.
Update profile and language
- Edit fields in My settings / My information.
- Save — profile updated toast.
Theme
- Light/Dark + colors; Save if there are other fields.
Licenses
- Expand categories (base, Explorer, Design, CDE, …).
- Review workplaces; remove only with awareness of the impact.

- Photo: Save after choosing file.
- SSO might block password.
