You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. To downgrade your subscription, it will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can only downgrade your plan to an amount equal to or greater than the amounts used in your account.

By subscribing to BIMWorkplace, you will have access to a workplace where you can manage all your projects.
In your subscription, you will have to choose whether you prefer a plan by users or by projects. If you choose a per-user plan, you will have unlimited projects, if you choose a per-project plan, you will only be able to create the amount purchased, with unlimited users.

You will be able to start working with BIMWorkplace according to your plan once your payment is confirmed. This confirmation time will depend on the payment method chosen. You will receive confirmation in your email to access the platform and start your journey with BIMWorkplace!

BIMWorkplace was developed from the concept of OpenBIM, with the aim of allowing the integration of different software in one place for everyone to access. Therefore, BIMWorkplace is compatible with IFC format models and also with Revit, one of the main BIM software.

There are four ways to import:

• Revit files directly to the cloud - you can import your Revit files directly into BIMWorkplace;

• IFC files directly to the cloud - you can import your IFC files directly into BIMWorkplace;

• Through our Revit plugin - In Revit you can login to BIMWorkplace through the plugin, and start the import process directly from Revit;

• Through BIM360 or ACC integration - Login to your Autodesk account and synchronize your models on BIMWorkplace.

BIMWorkplace is constantly working on features to keep data safe, like authentication, encryption, and more. We work with certified Datacenters and we believe that your data should have maximum protection. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law; protect any person from death or serious bodily harm; prevent fraud or abuse by our users, or protect BIMWorkplace's proprietary rights.

The user can choose two payment cycles, the monthly payment or the annual payment. After that, the payment format will depend on your country or your company's country. Each country has specific payment methods, and BIMWorkplace offers the best options to be accessible to everyone.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that your subscription will be canceled immediately, however your place of work will be valid until the end of the paid subscription period. BIMWorkplace does not refund any subscription fee.
