Purpose
Configure the project's CDE behavior: public links, ISO 19650, folders/stage mapping, upload/approval statuses, AI ingest, review annotations, and 3D Viewer (Fragments vs Forge).
Relevance
Defines whether the CDE follows ISO 19650, if public sharing is enabled, and which 3D viewer is used. Impacts Files, Holding, Reviews, and federation.
Usage example
The BIM lead enables ISO 19650 workflow, maps statuses to stages, defines Operational status for new uploads, chooses BIMWorkplace Viewer (Fragments), and Saves.
Who can use it
Project Settings with CDE config permission.

- Dialogs when disabling ISO or changing viewer.
