BIMWorkplace’s mission is to ensure the construction of a community of users, throughout their experience with the BIM methodology. For this, it is necessary to build a transparent, honest and ethical relationship with customers.
All BIMWorkplace team must guarantee the confidentiality of customer information and strictly comply with the guidelines for obtaining the platform and using it.
We’re constantly working on features to keep your data safe, like authentication, encryption, and more. We work with certified Datacenters. Not only that, but we do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the services. In private spaces, it is the space owner’s responsibility to ensure that all guest users comply with the company’s privacy policies.

Get full control over your team’s process and workflow while keeping your data safe. With BIMWorkplace you can control what information each team member has access to and what action they can perform on the platform. Control also the scope and frequency of the notifications you receive.
Workplace: we collect and associate the following information with your account: name, email address, phone number, payment information and physical address, including for users you add to your Workplace.
Services: when you use our services, we store, process and transmit your data and related information.
Cookies: We use non-tracking cookies to remember your username on your next visit. You can block cookies through your browser settings.
We also use your information to inform you about our products and services through different channels such as email and social media. If you no longer wish to receive information from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.
