Topic history

The topic’s history tab is where the team involved in the topic can track all activities performed in the course of resolving the matter discussed.

There, the team will have access to all the actions performed by the participating users, as well as the dates and times when they took place.

This will allow the project manager or the topic creator to effectively manage the evolution of the issue raised, be it a problem, a solution, a suggestion, an equipment installation check, or any other possibility for which topics can be used.
