Workplace groups are intended for groups of partner companies. For example, in your projects there may be external suppliers, subcontracted teams, among others that can participate in them.
In this way, the workplace manager creates groups intended for each partner company, which will make it easier to assign the ideal level of permissions, as well as to send notifications regarding project activities.
1 – To create workplace groups, go to the Workplace Groups tab and select the button New.
2 – In the new group’s information space, enter a name and an image for the group and then activate it to start using it.
