Whenever new projects are created, they will follow these configurations set in the workplace by default.

However, rest assured, this configuration exists to facilitate the process of creating new projects. It can be changed at any time within the project itself.
For example, your company can work with a predefined pattern of settings, however, may have a specific project on hand that needs particular settings.
