Project groups

Project groups are intended for the various teams participating in the project. The project manager can grant permissions in BIMWorkplace so that colleagues, suppliers, service providers, clients, etc., can access the project.

To organize teams so that each professional has access only to the information corresponding to their role, project groups will facilitate the management of this control. Thus, the project manager does not need to assign individual roles and permissions, only assign users to the corresponding groups and grant them permissions at that level.

Observation: a user can be assigned to more than one project group.
