Workplace users

Depending on the subscribed plan, there is a certain number of workplace users and guests that you can benefit from. Let’s now look at the steps to invite new colleagues to participate and collaborate in your workplace:

1 – Go to the “Workplace Users” tab and click “New.”

2 – Enter the email and role of the user (the “group” field is optional).

3 – After completing the invitation, the request will be visible in the “Invitations” tab until the invited user accepts it. Once the invitation is accepted, this user will move to the “Workplace Users” tab and will need to be activated.

4 – In the “workplace users” tab will list all the users added to the workplace, along with their main information. These users will only have access to the workplace if they are activated by the manager.

5 – When subscribing to a BIMWorkplace plan, you will always have the option to invite users to your workplace. These users will only have permission to view the information of the workplace and the projects they are involved in. They will not have any actionable power in the application.

Attention: If the workplace manager deactivates a user, they will no longer have access to the workplace or the projects they were involved in.
