This article explains how to upgrade from a Free Trial to a paid BIMWorkplace plan.
1 – Access the Billing page
- Click on your profile image or initials
- Select Billing from the menu
2 – Choose your new plan
In the Current Plan section, under My Subscription, configure your plan by selecting:
- Plan level: Standard or Champion
- Plan type: Per project or Per user
- Payment type: Monthly or Annual
- Quantity: Number of projects or users, according to the selected plan type

3 – Add the Plan to Your Cart
- Click the cart icon at the top of the page to add the selected plan to your shopping cart.
4 – Add Extra Storage (Optional)
All plans include default storage:
- PerUuser plan: 5GB per user
- Per Project plan: 50GB per project
If additional storage is required:
- Go to the Storage section
- Select the desired storage option
- Click the cart icon to add it to your cart
5 – Add Credits (Optional)
Credits can be purchased separately for use in specific functionalities.
This feature will be available soon.
6 – Complete Your Purchase
- Click the Actual Plan cart at the top
- Review the selected products
- Click Buy to finalize the payment
After Purchase
- Your purchase will be confirmed by email
- The new plan will be activated automatically
- You can:
- View invoices in Invoice List
- Purchase additional storage, credits, projects, or users at any time
This process ensures full control over your subscription and allows your workplace to scale according to project needs.
