The second ribbon button, “Open Topic”, serves to open topics with the purpose of viewing topic information, as well performing edits. It’s worth noting that upon opening a topic, the “Apply” button will be inactive, as edits are automatically saved, eliminating the need for manual confirmation.

For topics that the user does not have adequate permissions to carry out editions, the data will be blocked, being possible just the visualization.
