The Data Extraction History page allows users to track the usage of Revit Data Extractions – credits purchased separately for extracting data from Revit models uploaded directly into BIMWorkplace.
Understanding What is Tracked Here
BIMWorkplace includes unlimited uploads and extractions for:
- IFC 2×3 and IFC 4 models uploaded directly to the cloud
- Revit models uploaded via the BIMWorkplace plugin
The extraction packages shown on this page apply only to Revit models uploaded directly through the platform (via Models Management or the CDE) to be used in the Explorer module.
What Information is Displayed
To help manage extraction usage, this page shows:
- Expiration date of each extraction package
- Total number of extractions used
- Number of extractions still available
This allows managers to monitor credit consumption and anticipate when additional packages may be needed.
Exporting the Extraction History
You can also generate an Excel report containing the full extraction of history.
This report can be shared with managers, auditors, or other team members to keep track of resource usage and project costs.
